Ari Manor
CEO of ZOOZ and Head of Marketing Consulting and Management
Ari is a senior Marketing Consultant and an expert on management, strategy, marketing, innovation and creativity. He is a sought after lecturer and facilitator. His articles are regularly published in the Israeli press, including TheMarker (where he had columns on future evolution of products and on management books) and in Status magazine (where he had columns on down-to-earth Strategy and on various Thinking Tools). Ari led strategy and innovation processes in over 200 companies & organizations. He lectures on Innovation Management at the eMBA program at the Hebrew University and at the International program at IDC (Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya). Formerly the MarCom Manager for the biotech firm Compugen, Ari was the founding CEO of the business training company SIT Ltd., and the former CEO of the Swedish test prep chain HighQ. Ari has a Master's degree in Genetics from the interdisciplinary program of fostering excellency Tel Aviv University.

Orly Eldar-Nizri 
Head of the Small Businesses Department 
Orly is an Organizational and Marketing Consultant for small and medium sized businesses. She specializes in analysis, practical training and consultation to businesses, which includes defining the business and personal vision, providing management tools, empowering the business’s human resources, MarCom development, establishing a customer supportive system, and financial compatibility with the business’s objectives and goals. Orly was formerly a Project Manager in the Sports and Fashion industry, International Brand Manager at Shestowitz Ltd. (cosmetics & toiletries), Product Line Manager at Mediline (pharmaceuticals), Training Manager at Soft Touch (cosmetics). She has a B.A. (with honors) in Management and Production from Tel Aviv University, and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from The University of Derby.

Avi Scheinman  
Senior Business and Economic Consultant and Facilitator
Avi's areas of expertise include management, strategic and technological development, inventive thinking, marketing, advertising, and finance. Avi was formerly a facilitator at Tafnit (The Open University's management school), a consultant at Rotem Strategy, CEO of a group of firms engaged in electronic security, CEO of the National Center for High-Tech Start-Up Support, Assistant CEO at the El-OP group, Head of the Weapons Planning Division at IDF Central Command, and a Commander of an Israeli Air Force training base. Avi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Bar Ilan University (with honors), and an LL.B. degree from Sha'arei Mishpat College. Avi is a certified attorney and engineer.

Yossi Bar-Nachum 
Senior Marketing Consultant
Senior Organizational Consultant and Facilitator Yossi’s areas of expertise include cross-organizational processes, leadership, organizational culture, consultation when beginning a new position, manager development. He was formerly an HR Business Partner at Intel, Director of the Behavioral Sciences Department in the Managers Development & Training Division at Bezeq, Human Resources Manager Supervisor and Consultant at the I.D.F. School for Leadership Development. He has a B.A. in Sociology and Philosophy from the Hebrew University and an M.A. in Organizational Sociology (with honors) from the Hebrew University. Yossi is also a certified instructor (Supervisor) for training Organizational Consultants in the I.D.F .

Shahar Mor  
Marketing & Technological Consultant, Senior Facilitator 
Shahar specializes in business marketing and planning, technological project management, inventive thinking, and training. He was formerly an International Real Estate Project Manager at the Rhodium Group, Project Manager and Business Plan Developer at Kenobi Management and Holdings, psychometric instructor at Yoel Geva and Kidum, Section Manager at the Ministry of Defense and a Department Head in the MRPV Division. He has a B.Sc. in Physics & Electro Optics (with honors) from Ben Gurion University and an M.B.A. from Ben Gurion University in conjunction with Boston University.

Roy Ashkenazi
Senior Business Consultant and Facilitator
Roy’s areas of expertise include: strategic planning, marketing, entrepreneurship, inventive thinking, advertising and MarCom. He is a Marketing Consultant for retail enterprises abroad and for international brands in Israel, owner and CEO of Archive, an informational storage and management company. He was formerly a Strategic Target-Audience Marketing Manager for future products and films at YES, Strategic Planning Manager at the Bauman Bar Rivnai advertising agency (whose clients include P&G, Mazda, the Fist International Bank, Yedioth Ahronoth, Ace, Hishgad). He has a B.A. in Business Administration (with honors) from the College of Management and is currently completing his M.B.A. studies at Tel Aviv University.

Dorit Hayat
Business Coach and Management Consultant for Small Businesses
Dorit was formerly a MATI Business Mentor on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Labor, Human Resources Manager and a member of Senior Management at the Newlog (Zim Group), VP of Human Resources at Shufersal, Investment Consultant at Bank Hapoalim. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics & Sociology from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. in Performance Research from Tel Aviv University. She is also a graduate of the MCI Coaching course.

Avishai Landau
Senior Management Consultant
Avishai specializes in Human Resources Management, labor agreements, salary and compensation systems, and service system management. He possesses extensive experience in human resources development, change processes, recuperation and crisis management. He represents Gestion MDS Inc. in Israel, an international consulting company. He was formerly the CEO of Apter Holdings, a subsidiary of Sonol and Carmel Granite, VP of Human Resources and Service at Tadiran Consumer Goods, VP of Human Resources at Avik Pharmaceuticals, and other business organizations. He has a B.A.in Industrial Sociology and Public Administration from Bar Ilan University and an M.A.in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Tel Aviv University. Avishai is also a Labor Court public representative.

Dr. Moshe Ben-Eliezer
Head Business Coach, Management Consultant
Moshe specializes in personal coaching for managers to achieve business results. He is a Strategic and Media Consultant, a partner in Tango (a company for business consulting and development for insurance agents). He was formerly the assistant CEO of Pasternak Globus (an insurance agency group), co-CEO of the Association of Insurance Brokers & Agents in Israel, Training Department Manager at Migdal (an insurance company), Head of the Intelligence Research Branch at the I.D.F., Deputy Local Consul for Soviet Jewish Affairs (in New York). Moshe has a B.A. in Psychology & Sociology from the Hebrew University, an M.A. in Communications from Queens College in New York, and a doctorate in Communications from New York University (NYU). Moshe is a graduate of the Israeli Coaching Association School at Haifa University.

Amnon Danzig
Strategic and Economic Consultant
Amnon’s areas of expertise include formulating, leading and implementing strategy at all organizational levels, financial and operational analysis and control, management information systems, compensation and incentive systems. He is the Israeli representative of Stern Stewart & Co. (an international firm for strategic and economic consulting) and former CFO of Camel-Sarid (grinding and cutting products). Amnon has a B.A. in Economics and Management from Ruppin College and an M.B.A. from Bradford University.

Eitan Morag
Senior Organizational Consultant
Eitan specializes in management, organization, labor relations and labor laws. He teaches workshops on managements skills and lectures at colleges. He is a Labor Court public representative and an arbitrator. He was formerly a Human Resources Manager at Starplast, at the Rambam Medical Center and at the Technion Institute for Research and Development. He has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University, and a M.A. in Industrial Management from the Technion. He is a graduate of a Task Force Leadership course and is a certified Organizational Consultant on behalf of Haifa University’s external studies program.  

Shuky Gutman
MarCom and PR Consultant
Shuky specializes in Communications and PR. He is a consultant and lecturer on PR as a business tool, inter-organizational PR, and PR as managerial tool. Shuky is the owner of Gutman Communications agency, and a spokesman for the Soldiers’ Welfare Association. He is a member of the Israeli PR board. Shuky has 17 years of experience in PR and media and is a former senior journalist at Yedioth Communications, and spokesman for the Hod-Hasharon municipality and for the Magen David Adom. He has a B.A. in Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  

Dr. Yoni Mizrachi
Organizational and Strategic Consultant
Dr. Mizrachi is an expert in Business Process Management (BPM), knowledge management, coping with information overload, evolution of ideas, inventive engineering and technological forecasting using the Directed Evolution approach. He is a senior lecturer at the Emek Izrael Academic College and the Head of the Applied Anthropology program. He lectures on knowledge management and BPM and Information Systems at the M.B.A. graduate school at Haifa University and at the Industrial Design program at Shenkar College. He is a consultant for the National Committee for the Information and Knowledge Company at the Ministry of Finance. He has a doctorate in Anthropology from Harvard University.

Elazar Bamberger
Senior Technological Consultant and Facilitator
Elazar's fields of expertise include technological problem solving, inventive thinking, and project management. He is the Galilee Water Authority engineer and was formerly a lecturer in engineering courses at The Technion. Elazar has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Technion.

Danny Miraz
Senior Facilitator
Danny specializes in instructing workshops that combine thinking games. He is currently a group facilitator and develops individuals and teams using thinking games and outdoor training, and a Team Leader at the Tafnit program for reducing academic disparities in the education system. He was formerly an Institutional Marketing Manager at the Israel College, Northern Regional Manager for Scholars, Sales Manager in the Northern Region for “Nature” (foreign tourism company). He has a B.A. in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and an M.Ed. in Integrating Computers in Education from Haifa University.

David Mel
Senior Facilitator
David is an Organizational Consultant, Business Manager in the field of Construction and Advertising for approx. 25 years, and owner of a company engaged in acquiring companies in crisis. He is a consultant to companies and businesspeople coping with crisis. He specializes in Intelligence and Business Survival, Risk Management and Reduction and thermal prevention in organizations.

Liat Rakotch-Zehut
Senior Facilitator
A certified creative thinking facilitator at the Branco-Weiss Institute, Liat develops training programs and facilitates workshops on management skills, service, product development and creativity for companies, foundations, and educational institutes. Previously a practicing attorney, Liat has an LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University.

Yoav Raiter
Senior Facilitator & Marketing Consultant
An expert in Information Systems, Yoav is a lecturer and workshop facilitator in marketing, project management, inventive thinking and innovation. He is the former co-CEO of Penta-Ray Information Systems and the Head of Marketing Headquarters of Tambour. Yoav has an Engineering degree in Industrial Management from The Technion and an M.B.A. from Haifa University. 

Dr. Garry Favel
Senior Marketing Consultant
An expert in the DIY (Do It Yourself) field, Garry has a wealth of experience in characterizing and developing product lines, presenting to buyers, and commercialization. He was formerly the marketing and operations manager at Kapro Industries. Born and educated in Australia, Garry has a B.A. in Economics from Monash University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Pacific University, and a doctorate in Business Administration from Fairfax University. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.

Gil Matz
Senior Marketing Consultant
Gil is an expert in international retail sales. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development and marketing of consumer and industrial products to international markets. Gil was the former CMO of Technoplast, CEO of HEFESTUS (innovative food packaging machines), Marketing Manager for Kapro (measuring devices), and CEO of Kadarim rubber products. He has a B.A. in Management from Thames Valley University, London.

Rafi Lederman
Product Manager
A marketing consultant in product development, Rafi's vast experience includes product characterization, development management, manufacturing, and POS (Point-of-Sale). He was the former R & D Manager at Technoplast Industries, Product Manager at toolmaker ZAG, and Development Engineer at PlanTower, Ltd. He has both a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the Technion.

Anat Cohen
Facilitator and Strategic Advisor
An expert in market research, Anat is a lecturer and facilitator of business strategy and marketing workshops. She is the former Head of Strategy Department at BDI (Business Data Israel), and has a B.A. in Economics and Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and an M.B.A. from the Technion.
